Carrington Loss Mitigation Finalization Specialist in Anaheim, California

The Loss Mitigation Finalization Specialist will be responsible for the finalization, post-closing, and reporting processes related to Loan Modifications (“MOD”) and/or Partial Claims (“PC”). Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.50.
What you’ll do:
Finalize MOD/PC in Fiserv, which includes providing investor reporting summary data.
Prepare, manage and send Month End Reports for MOD/PC to the operations department.
Process all MOD/PC reversal requests in Fiserv.
Troubleshoot and correct all systematic errors related to MOD/PC.
Verification of PC amounts and posting ticket submissions to Cashiering Department
Work with Client Relationship Managers to secure PC Funds from prior servicers
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:
High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
Five (5) years of Mortgage Servicing experience.
Working knowledge of FHA, USDA, VA insured loans including Partial Claims.
